Though it may seem simple on the surface, Dreadbox’s Darkness stereo reverb pedal houses a galaxy of swirling reverb under its hood. Its Spread, Mix, and Decay knobs adjust standard settings for reverb size, wet/dry balance, and feedback, respectively. When paired with the Control knob and shift functions, the Darkness opens up an entirely new realm of lush, shimmery reverb that allows you to conjure ambient soundscapes and atmospheres.
